My AI factory

A software factory of AI agents. I write what I want as a work item, with what must be true when it is done, and the factory takes it from there.

What’s there

• A builder agent writes the change and opens a pull request; a reviewer agent reviews it line by line, and a fixer answers the review.
• It merges only when every check passes, then a verifier checks each promise of the work item against what actually runs.
• Anything that could hurt beyond the change itself, such as a workflow, a secret or a setting, waits for me.
• It built the first version of this site.

What’s planned

• Building websites for others: a written brief in, a reviewed, tested, deployed site out, quickly and to the same standard every time.
